pressing & rolling
Our pressing and rolling services can provide quality results with a quick turnaround. We can press and roll various material thicknesses in a variety of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, bissaloy and aluminium, plus we have experience with inconnel and hard faced plate. We specialise in eccentric and conical reducers, transitions and cylinders.
Plate bending
- 350ton LVD 6m long (Up to 8mm thick x 6000mm long mild steel bends)
- 600ton Scalen 3m long (Up to 25mm thick x 3000mm long mild steel, to 50mm thick on shorter bends)
- 280ton Scalen 4.3m long
- 120ton Durma 3m long
Plate rolling
Light to heavy gauge up to 3100 long depending on radius on:
