Deryck Ethelston -
Managing Director
Senior Executive, Chartered Engineer and business builder with 28 years’ experience working in various geographical regions in the world, responsible for an impressive collection of businesses and projects from concept through design, evaluation and costing to completion and profitability. As Managing Director Deryck’s focus is on ensuring rigorous governance, discipline with clear strategic direction and appropriate risk management are upheld guaranteeing the ability to develop and maximise the potential of Pedco.
Rhys Treanor –
Head of Production
Manufacturing and Operations leader with experience in leading process and product improvement, lean manufacturing and driving positive team culture. Rhys oversees all day-to-day operations across the processing, fabrication, and logistics departments.
Simone O’Dwyer –
Head of HR & Office Manager
Responsible for providing support in the various human resource and business functions across all departments, Simone oversees recruitment, staff training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. She is also responsible for improving systems and procedures across all areas of the business.
Eddie Andrews –
Financial Controller
Eddie is responsible for providing financial leadership and management of all the financial and business performance processes of the business. A CPA qualified Accountant and Company Secretary, he has vast experience in a number of commercial roles over more than 2 decades, both in Australia and internationally.
Grant Bell –
Senior Estimator
With over 25 years of industry specific experience, Grant has a wealth of knowledge in the estimating space and over this time, he has developed strong long-lasting relationships with our customers. Overseeing the sales team, Grant is responsible for driving the team to ensure revenue and GP targets are achieved.
Kiran Setty –
Business Development Manager
Responsible for improving the company’s position in the market and achieving financial growth and revenue goals through building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and gaining knowledge of current market conditions. Kiran provides technical support to the Senior Leadership Team, the Estimating Team, and the Processing Team
Jamie Nuttall –
Fabrication Supervisor
Jamie is a qualified boilermaker with over 18 years experience and is responsible for the fabrication department at Pedco. In this hands-on role, he can actively ensure safety, quality and timing on all fabrication projects is upheld. As a mentor to our apprentices, he is involved in their on-the-job training and progress.
